Because our different recycling partners require specific grades of materials, our next automated 'fine' processing stage uses high-powered magnets to remove metal directly into a waiting skip. Following this process, a special vibrating grill system acts like a sieve, separating waste into different sizes, which are then taken via conveyor belt and placed straight into a relevant holding area, ready for one of our recycling partners to collect it.
