How can I amend my order, extend my hire time or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your skip hire order, please contact our customer service centre on 0121 505 1000 between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm, quoting your unique skip hire reference code as displayed on your emailed order confirmation.  

Amending orders

An administration charge will be made for any changes to your skip hire order including changes to location and delivery times. For any changes to collection times please refer to our Extending Hire Time section below. Please help us to speed up our service to you by having a credit or debit card to hand when calling our customer service team, this will enable us to reduce the time it takes to make any amendments to your order.

Extending Hire Time

If you wish to extend your skip hire, please contact our customer service team 24 hours before your arranged collection time to guarantee a hire extension free of additional administration charges. Please note - Any calls made after this time will be subject to the additional extension charge and an administration charge.

If you wish to extend your hire from three to five days, you will be required to pay our standard extended skip hire charge. If you wish to extend your hire for more than five days, we have a range of extended skip hire options available. Please refer to our administration charges table below for details of our extended skip hire pricing structure, which can also be found in our terms and conditions.

Please help us to speed up our service to you by having a credit or debit card to hand when calling our customer service team, this will enable us to reduce the time it takes to make any amendments to your order.

Cancelling orders

If you need to cancel your skip hire order, please contact our customer service centre on 0121 505 1000 between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm, quoting your unique skip hire reference code as displayed on your emailed order confirmation.

Please note - An administration charge will be made for any skip hire order cancellation in line with our cancellation policy that can be found in our full terms and conditions.
